(More customer reviews)The filters arrived via UPS, damaged. Seller's representative made every reasonable effort to get the filters picked up by UPS for return. Ultimately Seller gave me credit and told me to discard the filters. Seller seemed, in every respect to be concerned and caring. I will continue to use them as I have in the past.
