(More customer reviews)I have heard about this from other people and was sceptical, but bought it anyway. It helped my husband sleep all the way through the night on the first night in the room. He usually has a rough time getting to sleep and staying alseep, grinding his teeth and is usually very restless...not anymore. I don't wake up with headaches anymore either. My son wants one now for his room. Mine is a lot brighter than I had hoped, but putting a dark cloth over the top of it at night helps alot. I am recommending everyone get this whether they have problems sleeping or with headaches, or just plain stress (who doesn't have this?) If I had to, would I buy it again? ABSOLUTELY!!!
