(More customer reviews)The first few weeks of having this humidifier was EXCELLENT!! I really enjoyed it. After about a month and a half, I turned on the humidifier as I normally do at night, and the ODOR was breath-taking FOUL!!! The filter on this thing traps odors or rather mildews from the water passing through. It was so bad that I had to air out my room and super clean the filter!! This only lasted like ONE day. The odor was subsided after I had cleaned the filter, but the next night it crept it's way back through...although not as strong, but I could smell it at the onset of turning on the humidifier. Too bad I had it too long to take back!!! My suggestion is, if you want to clean/change filters on the regular, then this is the humidifier for you! Other than that, LEAVE IT ON THE SHELF!!!
