(More customer reviews)Bad cooling and terrible warranty support- items at the top and the bottom near the left wall all freeze unless we turn the cooling to high temp which leaves items on the right no cooler thant 10-15 degrees cooler than the kitchen - this is apparently a known flaw.
Worse yet - Our 2 year warranty expired 1 month before the right door of our $8000 refrigerator started to misalign on closing, iron filings from the lower hinge area appeared on the floor. Viking absolutely refused to fix the problem. Later we found out that Viking- rather than stand behing their workmanship- waited for the government to step in. Viking refrigerator doors weighing nearly 80 lbs of over 15 models were falling off and injuring children and adults. It took Viking 5 years and a mandate from the Federal Government to correct the problem through a recall. They still refused to reimburse us. you can "google" the recall notice. But bottom line- don't trust this manufacturer to either produce a quality product, to stand behind the product, or to keep your children safe.
