I ordered this product on Dec 4th and not only have I NOT received it, after countless emails to GoVac I've NEVER even received a reply! Thankfully, my credit card isn't billed until it ships - which it never was! It appears that they ran out of the product, but I am left to assumption here. NOW I can't even cancel the order !!!! Shame on you, GOVAC, for your terrible service (or lack thereof)....
